She has developed several popular travel brands and is the author of the award-winning Equitrekking Travel Adventures on Horseback book published by Chronicle Books and which won the Best Travel Book Award from the North American Travel Journalists Association. She’s also featured in the book, How’d You Score that Gig, a Guide to the Coolest Jobs

Her five Daytime Emmy Award nominations for hosting, writing and producing Equitrekking placed her alongside media moguls including Ellen DeGeneres, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert. Darley received the North American Travel Journalist Award two years in a row for Best Travel Broadcast, Travel Personality of the Year by the Travel Writers Association, and has been honored with the Inspiring Women Award from Women in Philanthropy and Leadership.
